Tours Program Conditions

Rate include:

  • Airfare of Thai Airways (TG) traveling back and forth with the group
  • Airfare, food, accommodation, entrance fees to various places and all types of vehicles for tours as stated in the list.
  • Transfer fee between airport to hotel.
  • Tour guide who specializes in the route, takes care of you throughout the journey.
  • Luggage for load 1 piece per person, weight not exceeding 20 kg. For carry-on luggage, weight not more than 7 kg.
  • Fuel taxes and all kinds of ticket taxes (reserve the right to collect more purchases if the airline adjusts it before the travel date).
  • Accident travel insurance coverage in the amount not exceeding 1,000,000 baht per person (according to policy conditions).
  • In case that tourists or agents want to cancel the trip, postpone or change the trip, tourists or agents (The person named in the booking document) must either fax, email or come to the company to sign a document confirming the cancellation of the reservation with the company in writing only. The company does not accept cancellation of reservations via telephone in any case.

Rate excludes:

  • 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax.
  • Personal expenses other than the specified items such as additional drinks and food, telephone charges, laundry charges, special food and beverage charges outside of the list, laundry charges, long-distance phone charges, internet charges, etc. (please inquire from the tour leader before using the service).
  • Passport fees, fees for re-entry permits of foreigners (it is the duty of the travelers to prepare by themselves).
  • Tips for guides, drivers, porters at the hotel.
  • Fines for baggage that exceeds the limits set by the airline.
  • RT-PCR test within 72 hours before departure. By signing and the hospital's stamp on the COVID-19 test certificate form (Certificate of Testing for COVID-19). Issued by the Ministry of Health of Japan only. This is for those who have not received 3 doses of vaccination,followed by the Japanese government.

Payment terms:

  • Please make a reservation at least 45 working days or earlier, by fax or e-mail the traveler's passport page to confirm seat reservations.
  • Please pay a deposit immediately after booking, each person is 59,400 baht of the total tour price.
  • For traveling during the festival or continuous holidays, please pay a deposit of 70,200 baht of the total tour price.
  • The rest of the tour cost, the company will request to collect all tour fees at least 30 working days before the trip. Otherwise, the company will reserve the right to cancel your trip, and refund all or part of the actual expenses.
The company does not have a policy for you to make payments via personal bank transfer. If you are contacted to transfer the money to any personal account, please be careful that you may be caught by a group of scammers who pretend to be the company's name to deceive.

Cancellations and Changes

  • In case, the Immigration Division, both in Bangkok and abroad, refuses to leave or enter the country specified in the company's list. We reserve the right to not refund the service in any case.
  • In case there is a reason for canceling the tour without the fault of the tour company. The company will refund the tour cost by deducting the actual expenses (if any).
  • Actual expenses such as deposits for air tickets, hotels and other necessary expenses.
  • cannot be canceled in any case.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • This tour is organized and operated by Travizgo Innotech Co., Ltd.
  • The service fee is calculated from the exchange rate, and the current air ticket price. The company reserves the right for changing the price of the service fee. In case of an increase in air ticket prices, airline insurance, fuel surcharge, announcement to reduce the value of the Baht or the exchange rate that has been adjusted near the date of the travel.
  • during this tour if you do not use any service whether in whole or in part. The company will consider that you are waived and the company will not be able to claim a refund of the service.
  • If you do not travel back with the tour group, the unused return air ticket cannot be refunded.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary, if there is a travel companion in the tour group not complete as specified.
  • Service fees that you pay to the company is a lump sum payment, and the company pays to each agency as well. Therefore, if you have any reason that you cannot travel with the group as specified in the list, you will not be able to request a refund for the service.
  • In case of a mistake by an agent or related agency until there is a cancellation, delay, change of service from airlines, transport companies or service agencies, the company will proceed to the best of ability to provide alternative tour services. But the company will not refund those service fees.
  • Guides, employees and representatives of the company has no right to make any promises on behalf of the Company Unless there is a document signed by the authorized person of the company.
  • The company and agency reserve the right to change the tour program as appropriate. in accordance with the situation, climate and time constraints on the actual travel date. The company will adhere and take into account safety, including the best interests of most customers.
  • The company reserves the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice. However, it is up to the Company's discretion only.
  • This tour program can only depart with the minimum number of travelers as specified. If the total number of travelers is less than specified, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary.

Conditions beyond responsibility

  • The company only accepts those who have the purpose for traveling. Travelers' travel for other hidden purposes, such as labor trafficking prostitution, human trafficking, smuggling of goods, drug trafficking, theft, arms trafficking, Terrorism, and other illegal acts, and Immoral the company has no involvement or responsibility in any way with all actions.
  • If the traveler is caught by the immigration officials in any country and refuses to enter or leave the country for any reason. We will consider a cause that is beyond the authority and responsibility of the company, the company reserves the right not to be responsible for all refunds.
  • The company will not be responsible in case the Immigration Department of Thailand refrains from issuing immigration documents to foreigners residing in Thailand. The company will serve to help negotiate. But the absolute power belongs to the Immigration Department.
  • Travelers must use their own discretion and be responsible for making decisions in choosing various products during the trip on their own.
  • Travelers are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings. The company will not be responsible for any loss of Personal belongings, valuables during the trip caused by travelers
  • The company will not be responsible for loss of belonging and baggage during the trip caused by airports, airlines, transport companies, hotels or theft. But the company will act as an agent in claiming compensation for the traveler.
  • The company reserves the right not to be responsible for damages in any case of cancellation or delay of the airline, natural disasters, strikes, riots, revolutions, coups that are beyond the control of the company or additional expenses that occurs directly or indirectly such as illness, being hurt, loss, delay or various accidents.
  • The company reserves the right not to take any responsibility for the expectations and dissatisfaction of travelers, related to natural conditions, climates, seasons, scenery, cultures, and behaviors of people in countries that are traveling.

Travel Trips and Precautions

  • Every country has scammers, especially tourist attractions. Travelers should always remain careful during travel.
  • Travelers should keep their passports and valuables in a safe place, by always checking throughout the journey. As well as being careful of loss or being stolen from ill-wishers.
  • Accidents are unforeseen and can happen at any moment during a trip. Travelers should pay attention to the warnings of the tour guide, tour leader, travel cautiously and recklessly.
  • For Shopping, travelers should make their own decision in choosing goods based on quality, price and satisfaction. In every country there are various qualities of goods so it is a right of the travelers to buy or not.
  • Travelers should take note of the phone numbers of the tour guide, tour leader or other travel companions. In case of an emergency the travelers will be able to contact each other.
  • Travelers are advised to purchase additional travel insurance, for protection in various aspects comprehensively and appropriately in case of an emergency.

Important agreements, please check before booking

To complete an order and agreement for buy and sell products and services from the company, please do the following.
1. You must check the spelling in English to match with the passport.
1) Name + surname of all passengers
2) Prefix name such as Mr. / Mrs. / Miss.
3) Name / Rank / Police / Military, etc. (If any and want to specify)
4) Mileage accrual numbers of various airlines (in case mileage accrual is possible)
5) In case of traveling with children. Please check that the child's age is within the criteria for which ticket fare must be used.
6) Please check the age of the passport of the passengers and all travel companions. The passport must have a remaining validity on the travel date of more than 6 months
2. Errors in items 1.1 – 1.5 may be corrected or changed, if it hasn't been ticketing. However, if an error is found after issuing the ticket, any changes of the information or passengers will be required to pay the cost. In making changes, passengers must bear all expenses incurred by themselves. In case 1.6, the buyers must inspect and prepare the documents by themselves, the company cannot take any responsibility on your behalf.
3. If you do not make any objection by written form, the company assumes that you have agreed to acknowledge the terms and conditions, and all the requirements of the company are completed. If any damage occurs, the company is not responsible in any way.
